Blanking and Forming

For more than forty years, F.lli Milesi has been engaged in blanking and forming of sheet metal, producing finished or semi-finished components from laminates of different materials, following the specific requirements of each customer

You ask and we realize it

Blanking

We have mechanical presses from 20 to 150 tons, capable of operating with progressive step moulds or sequential forming moulds, to guarantee the cutting force and a production tailored to each type of batch

Bending

With our mechanical and hydraulic presses we can make bending operations on small components up to 2 meters long and thicknesses of a few millimeters

Drawing

Thanks to the experience gained over the years, we carry out drawing operations on different materials obtaining various types of components

Laser Cutting

We carry out laser cutting processes on metal sheets, ensuring speed and maximum production flexibility for small and large series
